Meghna Singh

Meghna Singh brings over 15 years of expertise in strategy and technology innovation across multiple sectors, including management consulting, utilities, and investment management. Currently, she serves as the Head of Strategy and Innovation at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo). In this role, Meghna incubates disruptive business ideas, explores artificial intelligence use cases, and has established AIMCo’s first Innovation Center of Excellence and Innovation Labs. Previously, as Managing Director of Corporate Strategy, Planning, and Enterprise PMO, she led the formulation of AIMCo’s Corporate Strategy and spearheaded a comprehensive overhaul of its Investment Strategy. Meghna has also held significant roles at Wipro and Accenture, directing major technology projects.

Meghna holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. In addition to her professional interests, she is actively engaged in volunteer and mentorship efforts to increase the representation of women in finance and engineering.
