The Institute for Reconstructive Sciences in Medicine (iRSM) serves patients who need medical reconstruction.
Based at the Misericordia Community Hospital, iRSM teams work with patients who need medical reconstruction following head and neck cancer or trauma or to replace structures missing at birth. We help give you a renewed sense of dignity, using implants to hold in place new teeth, eyes, ears and noses.
We are also home to the Bone Conduction Amplification (BCA) Program. We use implants to connect hearing processors for those who are not candidates for traditional hearing devices.
