Corporate orientation
Corporate orientation introduces new employees to our organization. In many ways, it is a cultural orientation, where you will get a sense of who we are as an organization.
You will take part in activities to draw connections between your work and our values, reflect on healthcare work and engage in discussions to further deepen your connection with those we serve and with other employees.
Format
Orientation is a half-day Zoom session. It includes senior leadership and union representatives who cover a range of topics. It also includes a series of modules and a welcome booklet with information about online resources and key contacts.
What you’ll learn
The orientation session is an opportunity to learn about:
- Covenant Health's history, mission, vision, values and culture
- organizational history
- commitment to quality care
- employee wellness
- resources and tools
Orientation is also an opportunity to build relationships with employees and leaders across the organization and ask questions.
Register for corporate orientation
You can register for corporate orientation through CLiC. Your manager can assign the curriculum to you or you can enroll on your own, pending your manager’s approval.
