Compliance
Ethics and compliance are important to us. We support compliance legislation and report any disclosures of wrongdoing we receive each year.

Public Interest Disclosure Report
To support legislation and continually improve our operations, we report any disclosures of wrongdoing brought forward to our designated officer each year to the public interest commissioner.
The report includes:
- the number of disclosures received or referred
- the number of disclosures acted on and not acted on
- the number of investigations undertaken by our officer
- where we have found that a wrongdoing has occurred, a description of the wrongdoing and the action taken to correct it (or the reasons why no action was taken)
We take steps to address day-to-day concerns brought forward by our team members and those we serve through normal problem-solving. This is in keeping with our code of conduct and culture of ongoing improvement. We also provide easy access to disclosure processes.

Conflicts of Interest Act Summary
The Conflicts of Interest Act (COIA) requires us to publicly post information about our compliance. The COIA Summary came into effect April 30, 2019.
We work to address concerns about conflicts of interest brought forward by our team members and those we serve in alignment with the COIA. Our Conflict of Interest policy guides us in disclosing and managing these conflicts. Staff are to report a conflict of interest using the personnel declaration form. Our Relationships with Industry policy also helps ensure that we act with integrity.
