At Covenant Health, we uphold the highest standards for the quality of care we provide. We are dedicated to maintaining Accreditation status through Accreditation Canada. We use the Accreditation Canada process to assess and improve the quality of our services and to show our value to Alberta’s healthcare system.
Our most recent (four-year) accreditation cycle ended in 2022. Our results were strong, and we remained in the top five per cent of the accreditation process. We are proud of our team’s commitment to providing safe and compassionate care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Throughout the cycle, Accreditation Canada noted our team’s efforts to provide safe, quality and person-centred care. Our patients, residents and families also gave positive feedback about the care and services they received. They said they felt informed, supported and engaged in care decisions. These words tell us that we continue to live out our mission and values in the way we care for our patients and residents.
Accreditation is an ongoing commitment. We are fully engaged in the new 2022-26 cycle.
